Our mission at Seasons of Peace is simple—to share the benefits of Kripalu yoga, and our inviting studio space, with you. Classes are small (up to 6 people), so that each student enjoys the benefit of individual attention. We offer:

Unlike other styles of yoga you may have heard about, Kripalu yoga is more accommodating to different levels of fitness and flexibility. As stress, pain, and resistance in the body are released through Kripalu yoga, you will begin to experience greater physical, mental, and emotional well-being—both self-acceptance, and acceptance of what is.
